Use the portal for safe, lawful client work. Do not use it to harm people, data, or the service.
Do not harm people
Do not use the service to break the law, lie, threaten, harass, stalk, discriminate, or violate fair housing, privacy, civil rights, or the rights of another person. Do not use it to score, screen, rank, or decide who may rent or live in a home.
Do not harm data or systems
Do not upload malware, steal data, guess passwords, bypass access rules, scan or test systems without written permission, overload the service, or help someone do these things.
Do not misuse the product
Do not copy, scrape, reverse engineer, rent, resell, or build a competing data set from the service unless the law or a written deal allows it. Do not send spam or false messages. Do not hide who you are.
Use only needed data
Do not upload passwords, full card or bank numbers, health records, government IDs, resident screening files, or other highly sensitive data. Tell security@provenportals.com if this happens by mistake.
What we may do
We may remove data, limit a feature, or pause an account when we reasonably think use breaks this policy or puts people or systems at risk. We will give notice when it is safe and lawful to do so. Email support@provenportals.com if you think we made a mistake.
