Terms of service
In effect August 28, 2026
These rules explain what we give you, what we ask from you, and how either side can end the service.
The deal
These terms are a contract between you and Proven Labs AI for use of Proven Portals. By using the service, you agree to them. You must be at least 18 and able to act for your company. A signed order, statement of work, or master service deal may add to these terms. If they conflict, the signed deal controls for that issue.
Your account
Give true account data. Keep sign-in links and access safe. Tell us at once if an account may be at risk. Your account owner decides who can see each account, team, property, file, and item of work. You are responsible for people you invite and for lawful use under your account.
Plans, bills, and tax
Plan prices and limits are shown before you pay. Plans renew each month until canceled. You let us and Stripe charge the saved payment method. Tax may be added. Fees already paid are not returned unless the law or a signed deal says they must be. You may cancel before the next renewal in the billing area or by emailing billing@provenportals.com. Access stays on through the paid term.
Your data and work
You keep ownership of data and work you upload. You give us the limited right to host, copy, show, and process it only to run, protect, and support the service. You promise that you have the rights needed to upload it. We do not use client work to train a general AI model unless you clearly agree in writing.
Our service
We own the portal, its code, design, brand, and service data. Your plan gives you a limited right to use it for your business during the paid term. You may send ideas. We may use those ideas without owing a fee.
AI, approvals, and signatures
AI answers can be wrong. Check them before you act. They are not legal, housing, tax, or money advice. A portal approval records a work choice. It is not a legal signature unless an approved e-sign tool runs the signing step and keeps its proof.
Fair use
Follow our Acceptable Use Policy. Do not break the law, harm the service, test it without written permission, copy it, resell it, or use it to make decisions about housing applicants or residents. Do not upload data the portal does not need, such as full card numbers, passwords, health records, government IDs, or resident screening data.
Other tools
Stripe, Supabase, Vercel, QuickBooks, e-sign tools, and AI tools may have their own terms. We are not responsible for a third-party tool outside our control. We will tell you when a key tool changes in a way that matters to your data.
Service changes and end of use
We may change the service to fix, secure, or improve it. We may pause access for nonpayment, risk, abuse, or law. Either side may end a month-to-month plan before the next term. After the service ends, you may ask for an export during the time stated in your signed deal or, if none is stated, within 30 days. Terms about payment, ownership, limits, and legal claims stay in force when they need to.
Promises and limits
We will provide the service with reasonable care. Except for promises written here or in a signed deal, the service is provided “as is” and “as available” to the full extent the law allows. We do not promise that it will never stop or that every answer will be right. To the full extent the law allows, neither side is liable for lost profit, lost goodwill, or indirect harm. Our total liability for a claim is no more than the fees paid for the service in the 12 months before the event. These limits do not apply where the law does not allow them.
Claims and contact
Before filing a claim, each side will give written notice and try in good faith for 30 days to solve it. The law that applies and the court location will follow any signed customer deal and, if none exists, the rules that a court finds apply. Email legal@provenportals.com for legal notices and support@provenportals.com for help.
