Who we are

Proven Portals is a service run by Proven Labs AI. This notice covers our site, portal, and support work. A client may also give you its own privacy notice.

Data we get

We get data you give us, data your company gives us, and basic data made when you use the portal.

• Your name, work email, job, company, and sign-in data.
• Property, team, access, contract, file, work, review, and bill data.
• Messages you send to support or to the built-in helper.
• Device, browser, IP address, date, time, page, and security event data.
• Payment state and invoice details from Stripe or QuickBooks. We do not get your full card number.

Why we use data

We use data to run the service, keep it safe, help you, bill the right account, meet the law, and make the service work better. We do not sell personal data. We do not share it for ads aimed at you.

AI help

If your account turns on AI help, we send only the text or file parts needed to answer your request to the model provider. A person must still check important work. Do not put resident, health, bank, password, ID, or other secret data in the helper.

Who can get data

We share data with vendors that help us host, secure, bill, email, sign, or support the service. We may also share it when you ask, when your account owner allows it, to follow the law, to protect people, or as part of a company sale. Our current vendor list is on the service providers page.

How long we keep data

We keep account data while the account is open. After a valid delete request, we remove active data after the safety wait shown in the portal. Some data may stay longer in backups, tax records, signed deals, security logs, or when the law or a legal claim calls for it. We delete or de-identify data when we no longer need it.

Your choices and rights

You may ask to know, get, fix, or delete your personal data. You may also ask us to limit some uses or object where the law gives that right. California users may ask about data we collect, use, or share; ask us to fix or delete it; and receive equal service when they use a privacy right. We do not sell or share personal data as those words are used in California law.

• We may need to check your identity and authority.
• An agent may act for you when the law allows it.
• You may appeal a denied request by replying to our answer.

Children and places

The service is for business users age 18 or older. It is not for children. Data may be handled in the United States and other places where our vendors work, with the safeguards required by law.

Safety and contact

We use access rules, private file links, secure web traffic, logs, and other safeguards that fit the risk. No online service can promise perfect safety. Email privacy@provenportals.com with a privacy question. Email security@provenportals.com to report a safety issue.

Changes

We may update this notice when the service or law changes. We will post the new date here. We will give added notice when a change matters and the law asks us to.
