Service providers

These companies may help us run the portal. We use only the tools that a client turns on.
Core providers
Vercel hosts the web app and serves pages. Supabase provides sign-in, database, and private file storage. These tools may process account, use, device, and client work data in the United States or other approved service places.
Optional providers
Stripe runs card checkout and subscriptions. Anthropic may answer AI requests. QuickBooks may show bills and payment links. DocuSign or another named e-sign service may run signatures. Resend or the active email service may send account mail. An optional provider gets data only when its feature is connected and used.
Changes
We review providers for their task, access, contract, and safety controls. We will update this page before adding a new provider that handles client data when our client deal requires notice. Email privacy@provenportals.com with a question or objection.
